This isn’t your typical part-time job. As a DDJE DJ, you have the opportunity to create memories for clients that will last a lifetime, providing the energy and excitement on an unforgettable day. Want to be more behind the scenes? No problemo! Our Equipment Techs learn how to set up our equipment, drive our company vehicle to events, set up the events and then return after the event is over to break the equipment down.

Disc Jockey Position
Description
Detroit DJ Entertainment is a fast-growing company and we are currently looking for more professional, fun entertainers to join our award-winning team. Detroit DJ Entertainment is an established company with loyal employees that takes pride in providing an exceptional experience to our clients at their most special events.
As part of our Disc Jockey Division, you will impact the success of the event with your music, announcements, & coordination. It is our DJs and MCs that control the flow & mood of the celebration.
Position Responsibilities
- General setup & teardown of audio-visual equipment safely
- Coordinate, interact, problem-solve with vendors, guests, and clients
- Mix music, take requests, make announcements
- Ensure client satisfaction
Requirements

Photo Booth Position | Customer Service Staff Team
Description
HOORAY!! The premier event company in the Metro-Detroit area is currently looking for an energetic & professional individual to join our award-winning team. Detroit DJ Entertainment is an established company with loyal employees that takes pride in providing an exceptional experience to our clients at their most special events.
As part of our Photo Booth Division of our Customer Service Staff Team, you will directly impact the success of the event. It is our photo booth attendants that interact with guests leaving them with a positive experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Performing checklist of vehicle before leaving office and venue
- Transporting photo booth equipment to and from the venue
- Setting up equipment efficiently & safely
- Prepare booth for the event
- Interacting with guests, vendors, and clients
- Encourage guests to have fun with photo booth props
- Setup Preview Monitor if a part of the package
- Create a scrapbook if a part of the package
- Burn flash drive of files at the end of the event and give it to the client

Position Responsibilities
- Perform the duties of MC (master of ceremonies) for weddings, parties, corporate functions, and school dances
- Coordinate, interact and problem-solve with vendors, guests, and clients
- Talking on a microphone in front of a crowd, provide high energy and enthusiasm while motivating and encouraging people to dance
- Lead group/specialty dances

General Equipment Setup and Breakdown

As part of our General Equipment Setup & Teardown Division of our Customer Service Staff Team, you will work with audio-visual equipment, lighting, & more. You will be in some of the most interesting places in all of Michigan!
Position Responsibilities
- General setup and teardown of equipment
- Operate/program LEDs and conventional lighting fixtures
- Load and unload vans, trucks, or other transporting vehicles
- Be able to complete tasks fast, under pressure, and with time limits
